Processing Time
Every Yafa Queen product is handmade in small batches in California. Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. During holidays or restock periods, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience while we make things by hand.
Delivery Estimates
- United States: 2–3 business days after your order ships
- Canada & International: 7–10 business days after your order ships
In most cases, your package will arrive within the estimated window. Actual delivery times can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control — please refer to your tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
Tracking Shows No Movement
Occasionally a tracking number takes a little time to update. If your tracking shows no movement, please allow 2 business days for a new scan to appear. If it still hasn't updated after that, contact the shipping carrier directly — and reach out to us so we can help.
Lost Packages & Delivered But Not Received
If your package appears to be lost in transit, or tracking shows "delivered" but nothing has arrived, please contact the shipping carrier right away — they can often locate the package or open a claim. Please also contact us at the same time so we can work with you toward a resolution, which may include reshipping your order or issuing a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
