Shipping & Refunds

We ship orders within 2 to 5 business days sometimes we need more time during any holiday. Customers should receive their order in 2 to 3 business days within USA and 7 to 10 business days outside USA (Canada and International).

Order Cases:

  • Missing item: If your order has a missing item and if the item is in stock another item will be shipped to the customer ASAP. If The item is out of stock Full refund will take place.
  • No trace: If tracking number show no trace please wait for 2 days until a new trace shows up, if there is still no trace please contact the mail office or shipping company right away
  • Lost package and Delivered package but not received: If the package was lost or shows delivered but the customer has not received it please contact The shipping company Our mail office right away usually they will locate your package And then file a claim. And please contact us right away.

In both no trace and lost packages I can reship the order if the customer paid between 10 to a $50 but if the customer paid more than a $50 a partial refund will occur.

If the order has been delivered after all the previous procedures honesty with informing us will be much appreciated

In most cases the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However the actual delivery time may be affected by mail office or flight arrangements, weather conditions And other external factors please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
